PACT members agree that all children are individuals entitled to be treated with dignity and respect.

PACT members take full responsibility for their child’s behaviour and wellbeing during activities organised by PACT (except on courses where the parent or carer’s presence is specifically excluded).

If anyone needs to complain about the behaviour or attitude of a child at an event or activity they should speak to the child’s parent or carer in the presence of another, uninvolved, adult member of PACT, and not directly to the child.

We will all strive to work towards harmonious solutions to any problems that arise.
